Dropped almost 10lbs ?
Are you getting any special work done for your shoulder ? Massage or Acupunture ?
i was sick for a bit and dropped 6lbs....im rolling out the shoulder daily but i think im gonna start boxing again a few times a week.....i find my shoulders feel waaay better when im doing heavy bag work....havent lost any strength on my lower me stuff so im not worried about the weight loss.....will be adding in homo milk and more meat to get my bodyweight up again tho :) 6'4" and 235 with a 79" reach makes for a super long bench stroke....how are your shoulders holding up??
Mine are doing alright. Bench is increase with limited shoulder pain so I believe the deep tissue's once / twice a week are helping. I've been slacking on rolling them , but I will pick that up too.
But in all honesty I think I'm done with powerlifting.
what are you gonna do now?? more physique related lifting or something else all together?
Something like that yes. Getting older so training for general health would be best and much easier on the joints dropping 20-30 lbs could make life easier. I just love lifting heavy shit and taking a break is hard enough :)
