I have no idea but I'm not sure it matters. What I DO know though is when you are engaged in dialog with others and trying to convey a point of view it helps if your message isn't being distorted by errors. The written word can be powerful and used to change minds when it's being used correctly.

Vegan and vegetarian diets lack saturated fat and generally EPA and DHA...because the conversion process of ALA to EPA and subsequently DHA from plant sources is not metabolically efficient. This leads to a host of health issues.
