if someone critisizes you, take a good look at it,
if theres one grain of truth in it...
wash it, utilize the knowledge....

Too many times we take criticism as a personal attack, as an insult to who we are.
But it’s not. Well, perhaps sometimes it is, but we don’t have to take it that way.
Take it as a criticism of your actions, not your person.
If you do that, you can detach yourself from the criticism emotionally
and see what should be done.

A happy person is not a person in a certain set of circumstances,
but rather a person with a certain set of attitudes

The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand,
and the determination that whether we win or lose,
we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand.

Yet at the hundred and first blow it will split in two,
and I know it was not that blow that did it
but all that had gone before

and pat yourself on the back cuz many have dropped off at this point already
i totally respect anyone who can make it all the way to the stage
you are in an elite bunch, and have shown me you have heart, guts, discipline & determination
alot of traits too few have these days in these days and times of convenience
and wanting everything to be easy
theres no easy way to the stage
it's just friggin hard
