ya know lookin at the pix of the show
some may be bigger
and some may be more cut
but theres no one i'd rather be than ME !
and when you can get to that place
then you can be truely happy....
on another note
i just realized that in a few days i will be 15 years clean from DRUG ADDICTION
and for those who don't know that about me
i was a hardcore crack addict & alcoholic who cleaned up October 19, 1996
and have been clean & sober since that day

pix the fam spent a beautiful sunny fall day at the Vancouver Zoo
it was perfect... i've had tons of sleep the last few days over 10 hrs a day
lots of food and carbs, and i'm starting to feel like myself again
monday i start back preparing for BATTLE IN EDMONTON IN AUGUST 2012

Stop thinking in terms of limitations and start thinking in terms of possibilities.


Bottom line:
Your own self talk has an incredible effect on your thinking, beliefs, and actions.


Goals.
There's not telling what you can do when you get inspired by them.
There's no telling what you can do when you believe in them.
There's no telling what will happen when you act upon them.

Dawn just wanted to say you looked great at the Canadians! I know you were really disappointed from reading your RXMuscle thread but keep your head up girl. You brought your best package ever and that in itself is a victory.... not to mention very few are able to stand on a stage like that, you are part of the elite class. Keep it up girl! Looking forward to following you into next years Canadians.
