Rushed ths , ate and help family move sme shit ( fridges and stoves )
20 min cardio - walking up hill
30 min foam and stretching ( mostly quads ) . Took a small medi ball to my shoulder for a good 5 min.
Eveything hurt like hell , repeat tomorrow unless it stops raining then I'll go walk 18 holes :)
5am cardio and foam rolling.
weight is higher than usual at 240 . Need to get this in check so it's not so hard or taxing to drop for weigh ins.
Thought I would post this up . Me about 5 years ago. THe only show I did before moving on to power lifting.

Early morning . Right hip is tight !
I'm going to try and do some extras at work today ( lunges and high rep GM's with a bit of abs )
20 min cardio and 20 min of foam rolling ( glutes , hams , quads ) Really starting to loosen up a lot in the quads. I also took a small medi ball to my left shoulder . This is starting to hurt alot less :)
Finished with a quick tricep / bicep workout with some hanging leg raises for grip and abs.
10 min walk this morning.
Did a quick workout on my lower back , hams and glutes. My lower back had a killer pump once I was done with these two exercises. It's been so long since I've hit it this way.
