They will be up on opa website .. I'm waiting too hopefully put score card up. I see thwyre doing that now. I emailed for scoresheet with individual judges points. As I'm curious if any had me one or two due to condition... Curiosity kills the cat
Congrats!! :)
Great conditioning. Congrats for getting up there. Needless to say you are way to tall for that class.
ya cory i got 7th, oh well. I did my best and got striated glutes on my first show. I'll add another 20 lbs of muscle before competing again if judges want size.
Ya I want/need 20# as well. Not sure possible in 84 months. We will see. Could definitely add the 8# be top of class and round out shoulders legs and fill out back. Bringing same condition ideally. But 210 I'd like to think is realistic. But unlikely... "Maybe" if I ran and could afford GH. But not happening. Hope that focus on balls to wall training and diet yeilda impressive gains.
I think this pic right here tells the story on where you can improve. From the pics I see here, you definitely nailed your conditioning. Hard and dry, probably the best conditioning in your class. Where I see the biggest difference between you and the others is in the legs. Bring those up and come in with that conditioning again and you have a great shot at it. Very well done brother!
Bodybuilding success is a matter of genetics...some are blessed with it some aren't. If you love competing then do your best to improve on your last showing. The reality is only a handful of guys in this country have the genetic potential for pro so just go out and have fun with it.
For sure dk. I'm goin nowhere and don't want too..... And re, legs only from front I lose. From side and back I hold my own as per shredded. Fun times to be sure
