The guy who got 2nd in middleweight is Jeff Messinger. He won the kelowna overall this past year. He is my head trainer at my gym here in campbell river. Great guy, and lives the sport. Plus he's all natural.

Yes i do , thought that was you .....you should be proud of your accomplishments & will for sure say hello (now that i know who you are) next time i see you at the gym.
