ss- ive seen this pic ages ago i believe on nexus and remember you claiming something along the lines of thats a look youd like to be able to maintain... was this pre/post contest? how far out? and what do you think would be required for you to maintain it?
I think I was 4 weeks out for the 2001 Mr. Kingston show. To stay there I would have to stay true to my diet. Not a biggie. I've got a lot more muscle than that now so even at HRT dosages I would be fine to look like the pic again.
care to elaborate on what the diet looked like at 4 weeks out? and cardio?

I had been on line friends of GeneXs for a several years on yahoo chat. At first when we became friends I doubted who he said he was. A friend told me...this guy had coverage pics of big shows up on his site before anyone does. So I'm at Weigh Ins for my first Nationals show and I see him. YEP...the glasses and hair style are a give away on him. So I approached him and told him who I was..that Monday after I competed we met at the gym in Saskatoon. My only regrets are to not have taken a girl friend along with. Women have eyes for small stuff...like my bra showing or my left boob falling out. He truly caught my best parts in his cameras eye..my delts and pecs as always.
