I went to the one at West Ed and just dreaded that payment. However it was convenient because my wife was able to do some shopping with the kids :)

the golds girly gym here in the US is 20 bucks a pop too :(
werid, i know you can go once at the northtown one for free. Just say your checking it out lol. I dont pay much more PER month for my golds membership total. I love the northtown one, mind ya the gym i was at before was a spa lady lol not my type. I can not do all the "girly girls"

its all about how you go in to it. All golds do a free day if you play your cards right. You go there, say you just moved to the area, looking to join in 2 months when you move in to town (that way they dont push for signing you up on that day). If you ask for the tour before they offer it , it will look more legit. Unfortunately, you have to follow some pencil neck around while he shows you the ButtBlaster2011 machine they just got in. After that, you sign a waiver and are in. :) next time.
ps. CChic , just started my log today...felt really nausious taking the ripped freak on an empty stomach for a.m. cardio. lots of energy though
yeah whats up with that! Every time I go to etown or Cowtown I just drop in without any payment nor hassles.....I know my hometown gym is $70 per mth which is a fkn joke with 0 lube for the assrape!!! Gotta do what we gotta do though eh! :(
I haven't had this side effect at all. Body temp increase, Energy increase, appetite suppressent, I have had positive experiances so far.
I believe I am ready to start with the second pill mid afternoon though. I am starting to feel that mid afternoon crash a bit..... not sure if it's the crash or just work related.
It has been a week since I have started.
Starting weight was 164.....Weight this morning was ......162lbs :D
IW and I have talked about my eating habits :o, I know I need more whole foods and I could live on shakes and good fats (almonds, peanutbutter during the day) exspecially my coffee breaks, they are quick, easy and when I don't have the time I tend to consume shakes. I always have lunch and supper of course.
This is why I like the KETO diet, it's easy and not much prep work. We have a plan :) which I will add in later. At this point I will continue with carb rotation and then switch to KETO as I progress with cutting.
