Haha it's such a good gym. I walked in randomly and after talking to AlladdinSane I ended up switching gyms lol. The guidance and motivation I found at this gym has sold me on it for as long as I'm capable of lifting weights.

im here, nothing to do on a friday night, just pinned myself .. and got tattooed tonight, i think i have had enouph needles for the day lol.
