NICOLE BALL: Crazy conditioning…. Great tan. Very polished……… glutes are striated……….crazy back double…….. Impressive. Not the biggest girl up there though

SHEILA BLECK: crazy conditioning. Polished tan…. Super separated quads…… great stage presence……

BRIGITA BREZOVAC: from Slovenia……. Insane conditioning. Nasty back double. Striated everywhere.. When she’s in shape, her structure makes her look 10x bigger than she is. Impressive just standing there!

KIM BUCK: good quad separation. Tiny waist. I’d like to see delts and arms fuller …. Glutes can be tighter.. this is the best I’ve seen her..

DAYANA CADEAU: Bigger than we’ve seen her…… legs are much better… Conditioning is not tight enough…… needs to drop around 5lbs……
TINA CHANDLER: super ripped..striated glutes…….. ripped bams. Lower back can be a little drier……. Great look for TINA but she’s gonna have size issues with the bigger girls onstage.

HEATHER FOSTER: good front double…… great arms….. best she’s been in a long time. Good back shots………glutes/hams can be tighter though…….

MONIQUE JONES: Crazy delts and arms…… nasty thick back shots. Glutes can be a little tighter. Phenomenal structure

IRIS KYLE: 6x Ms Olympia…. Smaller than we’ve see her.. but tighter….. nasty freaky hard. Looks vulnerable……..maybe too small? Came down too small….. Nothing is popping the way it usually does>

DEBI LASZEWSKI: Freakiest girl onstage, conditioning wise…. Not the best structure; but she’s got striations ontop of striations. Freaky glute/hams.. crazy back double.

CATHY LEFRANCOIS: shredded but her waist looks a little blocky. …… not a great look for CATHY.. Ive seen her better

MAH-ANN MENDOZA: Tiny waist…. Beat Cancer last year…. Incredible comeback.. glutes/hams are tighter than I’ve seen them….

HELLE NIELSEN: tons of muscle…. A little blocky in the waist. Best legs onstage…… incredible calves…. Glutes/hams can be a little drier.

YAXENI ORIQUEN: Best conditioning we’ve seen on her. Striated pecs. Crazy leg separation…….let’s are lacking sweep but she has oodles of separation. Tan is great. Glutes can be tighter.

KIM PEREZ: Crazy delts to waist taper. Grat back. Legs are a little undersized. Glutes/hams canbe tighter.

ALINA POPA: 3rd at ARNOLD.. great leg separation. …… glutes/hams ripped from behind.. lower back is a little soft.. She’ll be right up there for sure

SKADI SEIFERT: Shredded…… tiny waist.. striated pecs and triceps.. glutes are striated……hams can be a little tighter (weird).. Good presentation

am i truely blessed not only to have got to meet Iris in person
but that she accepted to take me on & train me this prep for Canadian Nationals
I have learned so much from her
and the one thing about Iris is that i had a heightened respect & appreciation for how hard this woman works
believe me i'm no stranger to hard work myself
being a former Horse Trainer that is a very hard working lifestyle
i thought to myself many a time in training for my show which is 3 wks & 1 days away today....
i thought.... "Wow this woman has hard earned those titles training like this"
one email she sent me which helped me alot was to just think about each rep each set you have to do
don't think about everything
just take each one as it comes
it reminded me of what i learned in early recovery from drug addiction
they have a saying in AA and other 12 step programs... JUST FOR TODAY
i would break it down even further and go.... JUST FOR THIS MOMENT !
and that tip she gave me was what i needed to take on the amount of work she said "NOW HERE IT IS GO DO IT !"
and off i went.....
Iris is an amazing woman
the greatest female bodybuilder in my opinion EVER
i'm blessed to have the opportunity to work with her & know her
she has shaped & changed my life in a positive way forever
through her inspiration of what you can achieve & through her guidance & wisdom
thank you Iris you are truely amazing
