haha when i was dating on POF I would meet for a date, and I'd order my meal, and customize it with out sauces and no this and no that... just balsamic vinegar for dressing, no oil.... etc etc etc (you know what I mean)

I had mine checked athletic though. A few extra pounds would have been accurate LOL I was 8% and needed to lose another 4-5 pounds
