floor press ....went up to 275 with an illegal wide grip ( strangely close grip was hurting my shoulder) and then 5x10 with 195
rack pulls up to 405 for sets of 5 with reset and grip change on every rep
rolling db tri ext 3x10
pendulum curls 3x10
oh rope tri ext 4x10-20
rope curls 4x10-20

Soo I did repetition bench...185x15x2, 225x10x2 and squats 135x10, 225x10, 315x10, 365x5 ,405x5, 455x3
accessory stuff (hammer curls and oh tri ext) 4x10, incline db press 3x15
awesome workout this week...got up to 495x3 on the squats and then i benched yesterday and tore my shoulder up....boo...on the bright side my buddy gave me a brand new 2 ply rage x soooo once my shoulder gets un****ed ill get to play with that....

thanks buddy :) no updates for me....but the kid that i train hit a clean 445 at 228 bodyweight and got a 465 red lighted because he stalled before flaring out for the lockout....18 years old....i think i was more pumped than him when popped the 445 right up....thats up from 365 the same time last year and in the same bench shirt ( single ply titan fury )....
**** that' s wicked. Make sure he stays healthy and he could go a long way.
buying a rack and bench today....its not super heavy duty or anything but it should work for a while.....been out of the gym for a bit so ill probably be running some sort of full body routine for a month or so to get my body acclimated.....think ive got a good hernia goin as well.....minimal ab pain but my groin is tingling on the right side....lots of pressure but no real pain.....woohoo
im lean as ****.....sittin just under 220....squatting once a week and benching twice......still don't have much plate weight but ive got a ton of chains that I throw on....enjoying being smaller/leaner
