nice day here as well, alot of rain lately. Contest prep still going good LJ?
Ya Ferg it's going pretty good.One week left.Tore my bicep three weeks out but can't even get an MRI for a few months and by that time prolly nothing can be done.Oh well looks a little different but it bruised from my wrist to my bicep and at least thats almost gone.I'll post some pics of my arm with some pre contest in the next couple days.Only had to take a full week off training upper body and now I have to train light for a pump but when it happened I thought it was gonna be alot worse so I can't complain.Enjoy the day brother gotta get my last leg workout done.It's gonna be hot.Quote:

Hey BrownDevil, yeah I love Kingston, been here 4 months only but am still awed by it. Took my brother and dad on the ferry to Wolfe Island last week and went to the US side. Damn, our waters are calm compared to the american side. :yeahQuote:
