Under any circumstance,
simply do your best,
and you will avoid self-judgment,
self-abuse and regret.

Be happy.
Be yourself.
If others don’t like it, then let them be.
Happiness is a choice.
Life isn’t about pleasing everybody.
Happiness is not determined by what’s happening around you,
but rather what’s happening inside you.
Most people depend on others to gain happiness,
but the truth is,
it always comes from within.
If you don’t like something, change it.
If you can’t change it,
change the way you think about it.
You can’t start the next chapter of your life if you keep re-reading your last one.

My 1st husband who got me into the IRON SPORTS - POWERLIFTING LEGEND DOUG YOUNG
3x World Champion Powerlifter and 3x World Record Holder in the Bench press.
He was the first man in history to bench press over 300 lbs weighing under 600 lbs bodywt.
He also held 2 man Deadlift record in the Guinness book of world records with his older brother Bob Young,
who was a 3x NFL ALL PRO Offensive Lineman
and placed 2nd in the Inaugural World's Strongest Man contest in 1977 trained by Doug.
Both Doug & Bob are now gone but not forgotten.
As I use what Doug taught me everyday with my own clients.
