It’s easy to forget what an amazing gift life really is.
Our lives are nothing but a cosmic blink.
Even our seemingly all-encompassing world is
just tiny blue dot circling an average sized star spiraling around
a galaxy of 200-400 billion stars,
which itself is just one galaxy among billions more.
Yet for one brief moment,
we get to experience the wonders of existence,
of consciousness.
DON'T WASTE IT.

Sometimes I log in just to read your motivational posts. The more improvements I make, the more haters I seem to attract. Can be difficult to deal with.
the more improvements you make sets you away from the norm the commoners
the commoners always want to drag you down to their level
so many of my clients when they change to eating healthy its astounding to them and still me after all this time
the level of rebellion that follows from a majority of their family, friends, co-workers etc
"how long are you going to eat like that?"
"that's not healthy"
"oh come on you can have just one"
"you're no fun anymiore"
and on and on
march to the beat of your own drum
dare to be different
the more haters you have
the more you know you are a LION not a sheep
