...never lean enough...we sure can't be leaving things till the last minute
I bet the light heavy class will have over 20 guys in it! I'll be 176ish...is ur bro Greg doing the show?

Greg's been battling some injuries. 90% sure it is a meniscus tear - booked for surgery in september. He may be competing next year though. as am i.
I hear rumors of next years canadas in Vancouver...then i heard edmonton...somewhere out west i'm sure.
Sorry to hear about Greg...hope "90% sure" is reduced to 50%, then he can avoid surgery. He has superpowers like the Xman-Wolverine...maybe in time he will heal himself. Avoid the knife at all costs.
What weight class u planning for next year Steve?

My client Iain V who is only 20 years old will win the junior mens, hes 228 today and is lookin ridicolous. These 2 pics were from his supershow win and kid has improved tremendously.
Ill be doing the HW mens which will be an intense class but i feel ready, the quad pic and arm is me today. Lets get it 18 days
Looking good Hassan! How was working with Gearge this year?
Best of luck!
BTW- The kid looks big and thick. He should do well if he comes in shape!
Hey Bluenose,
hope all is good with you man long time, working with goerge was great i learned alot of things mainly keeping size when dieting less cardio more carbs lower protien. Overalll was good my only problem was his client base is large so the final week or so i wasnt too happy with the detail payed. Im actually working with fouad the last weeks now just to have a good eye on me and im always peaked with him, so well see how it goes. As for the kid hes ready for the stage now like i said hes freaky dry its scary lol
I was judging when I saw this kid compete in Ottawa. He was freaky ripped, most striated glutes I've ever seen on someone his age, and actually, probably on anyone outside of pictures. He is one to watch in the future. Just needs to perfect his posing, and fill out a few weaknesses.
He doesnt train with freddie, freddie had him weightin 204 and over dieted for ottawas, i been doing his diet for the last 6 months plus and hes 228 now and just as lean. Theres no need for him to do 2 hrs step mill the guy has striated glutes all year. You have to work with the pesons on a 1 to 1 basic not one rule apply to all. If you also noticed he can pose great now i been doing his posing weekly as well as diet and training.
He needs a good offseason or year off to fill in weak points
Last night after posing

lol he is a freak no doubt that year he won the ottawas he had pro calibur body but thats just his freakiness he was massive and ripped to shit. That doesnt mean you can train and diet people
My friend saw Iain training with Freddie at New BodY Dimensions Gym tuesday of this week. He was also seen doing chest with Freddie last week at the same gym. Iain looked good at the Ottawa's and destroyed the competition. He did not look over dieted. As Steve d (the judge) said he looked good. He just needs to work on his posing and bring up his arms.
Yes Freddie had a freaky physique when he won the Ottawa's heavyweight and Overall. I do not know Freddie that well, but he has trained a lot of 1st place finishers in the past. So I have to disagree with you there. He is the one that trained Mike Platz (Mr. Canada and IFBB Pro). There are even lots of Musclemag Magazine articles of Freddie training Mike Platz. And everyone knows what Mike Platz looked like.
So you don't know him that well yet you know he trained mike plats lol and made him pro ?where do you come up with this? Lol
Anyway when someone pays you and you write their diets then that would make them your client.
When you work out at someone's gym and share a set with them that makes you just buddie
All I know are the facts and the truth.
Freddie trained Mike Platz and that is the truth and a fact. Everyone knows this except you.
Freddie trains Iain and does not work out with Iain. Iain pays Freddie. That is a fact and truth.
If you do not want to believe it, that is your problem.
Fact, Iain has hit some workouts with Freddy this past month, Freddy has a totally different style of training that yeilds dividends, I know, I've trained with him. It is probably a good shock to Iain's body right now with Freddy's intense dropset/superset style of training.
Fact, Hassan is really "training" him. I gaurantee you 110% he is not on Freddy's diet, or "supplement" advice at this point and spends the majority of his time training by himself or with Hassan.
Fact, the kid is a f'n freak for his age and looked like a man among children at the Ontario's, he barely had to pose to win that show. Like everyone, he has weak points to work on, but probably has the most potential of any one I can think of right now. I seen him a few days ago with a pump on and when your his age, that lean and still dieting so you are not a SHW in the open class...you are doing something right.
Fact, Iain will win the Junoirs and will probably place respectively in the open class to boot.
Fact, Freddy was not training Platz when he was at the National Level
Fact, Freddy would have won the Nationals hands down if health issues didn't cut his run short. Anyone who's seen the video from the Ottawa's that year would agree. I've still never seen a level 1 competitor step on stage looking like that.
And those are the facts...
