I agree. You are ripped in that pic. I remember thinking you were hard enough to place a lot higher too.

I remember when you showed me an old vid from when you did the Westerns. You looked pretty good, but then you showed me video of the next morning after you pigged out and rehydrated (I think) and your legs were totally sick.

Definitely post up some pics Ron. That would be great.

wow, you remember that? haha. i was 239 on stage (5'9.5"). don't know my weight the next day. still have that video somewhere i think. if i find it maybe someone here can show me how to post it? that was back in 1995 when i could still train legs, lol

btw Ron, this is your year. one more amateur show, then IFBB pro.

i did nationals in 1991, 1995, 1999, 2001, 2005 and 2007. injuries prevent me from training the way i loved to. then again, i just turned 44 so i guess i should be slowing down.
