How would legal action be taken against judging in a Physique Competition? That sounds a little 'out there' but not well schooled in legal action in general.

I think I know what your issue is but this is the first real kick at Physique so there is no precedent set....now the precedent is set for next time in this province.....other provinces and federations will differ as will the NPC in USA...as will the pro level judging....

The Athletes need to be able to hold the judges and administration of the BCABBA acountable if they do not follow the rules and honour the regulations in place.


It is unacceptable that they can be victimized with no means of righting wrong and then being told that you have to accept an injustice under the guise of sportsmanship. Being told to ask the head judge to justify the choice is akin to asking a burgler to justify why they are stealing your silverware , of course they will have an excuse.

Short of legal council (which is a very real possibilty looking at some of the situations that happend in a few classes) the athletes have no checks or safegards in place to ensure they are not being abused by the the bcabba .
