Taking exogenous GH increase T4 to T3 conversion...if you do blood work while on GH you will see that your TSH levels have dropped....this has been misinterpreted by many as lowered thyroid levels which is incorrect.... a low TSH marker means an increase in thyroid levels thus less thyroid stimulating hormone is necessary.
