As of right now most farm raised tilapia is likely to have a high omega 6 content due to the diet.

here in BC the best and cheapest place to buy FRESH meat is price smart foods. chicken and steak especially. always same price. better then cosco. as for talapia superstore is like 400g for 4 bucks.

in vancouver, 22nd and rupert, chong lee market, best price on seafood, they have live fish in tank, talapila as well, and you can take it home fresh and freeze. and no I am not the owner's son. when i leave there with my shopping bags I feel like i just robbed the place! start the car! start the Car! Lol,
