total weight, 140 + 165, if you don't believe then thats your issue, but the 10 people that almost knocked themselves out on the olypticals watching me do it on sunday morning? Priceless, i would have photos/videos but i workout alone 98% of the time, and it hard to take a photo and do a lift...
arranges in the pattern, 5, 10, 45, 45, 45, 10, 5 with the chain strung through the middle. Havving the smaller weights on the outside helps avoid chain pinch (which HURTS LIKE HELL) and i entire the dip rack on an angle cause i have short legs and its pretty wide >_<
You cant squat more than 155lbs but you can dip 165lbs? (discounting bodyweight in both exercises)
Most people I see don't do dips properly. They do half assed dips which does jack shit. Dips are my favorite tricep exercise. I work my way up to 135lbs + bw for 6. It also helped build my chest too.
That is correct, i was unfortunately born with severe arthritis, in both hips, knees, and ankles, and i get SEVERE pain with strenuous leg lifting, so i do what i can and i do cardio when i cannot. My upper body was not effected to the same extent so i push as hard as i can, for the record i hit those numbers every other day. You are welcome to come see =D
