I spoke with Jerome a few days ago. He told he's 300 pounds lean and just begun his diet.
So you can add his name in the super heavy MusulPhreak !
Also from Quebec, fresh winner of the Provincial Quebec, Mathieu Langlois (on the poster lat spread), in super heavies as well.
Between Antoine, Mathieu, Jerome and normally Marlon, i will again the little man in the land of giants ! lol

lol, going to be a very interesting Nationals this year. I am in the process of contacting a few competitors to see if any want to throw their name in the mix. Both Jerome and Mathieu have been added.

Hey! I REALLY hope you guys know something i dont... but im not sure if im qualified for this show... (coco kissack)
I'd do it.. i really WANT to do it, but im still trying to figure out qualification... i dont think i can take my fitness qualification and transfer it to bodybuilding.. unless of course one of the awesome sponsors of the even backs me!!...
I can be ready!!!!

I will be competing in Heavy weight women & Grand Masters (seeing they lower the age limit lol)
my client Lorilee Sweeney who won grand masters Champ last yr will be defending her title
and she has a Junior Women Bodybuilder who's gonna compete
i wish my Jr who won this years BC's would come but she said too much dough
