lol...this site is always the best for getting results, doesn't matter what association it is someone always posts here first.

I agree with you on Chan's legs but man if he ever gets some, watch out...his upper body was crazy.

i agree with u there. he has done well for a 100% natty. he knows his body pretty well. surprised someone even the judges havent told him he needs alot more hamstrings and bigger quads to play with the big boys.
