Tried to add the caffeine in mid afternoon yesterday and it worked well for energy, BUT felt nauseous about 2hours after last Ripped tab (about 8pm). Hoping it was just due to the heat here (though I spent most of the day indoors with clients).
Took the Ripped tab this morning on empty stomach and AGAIN felt a bit sick by about 9am. Not sure what to make of it. Nothing usually affects my stomach. Going to take the next pill a little earlier this afternoon....

Looking good 69. As I said in my journal I haven't had that nautious feeling. I do know that it is important to drink as much water with them as you can first thing in the am.

It's now 4:30 and still feeling good, maybe you're right CC, I need to up the water intake around the pills.

I took the RF at about 6:30am with LOTS of water (actually crystal lite). Happy to say that all went well. GREAT workout, not nausea or jitters. Felt a little warm during the workout, but nothing crazy. Will take the second pill mid afternoon.

So far, so good. One thing I have noticed is that I have to keep water intake UP when I take the pills. Today, I spent the afternoon outside by the pool and obviously didn't hydrate enough. I took the second pill just before dinner, ate, then did cardio, now I feel a bit crappy. Trying to rehydrate and hopefully this feeling goes away.
Another thing, so far, no loss/decreased appetite, still hungry for each of my meals.

Sitting at 104lbs this morning. Feeling really good. I'm taking the Ripped Freak ist thing in the am and then again at about 6pm. I'm also taking some caffeine about 12-1pm. Still no decrease in appetite.
