squat 275 for 10 today. very hard last few reps. bench died at 2 reps of 270, reseting to 215x10 reps on mon. Mon is reducing squat intensity only 9 reps in my working set now

got my 285x9 in the squat and a decent 200pd bent over row, i had a lil brown fella watchin my squat in the rack and working in with me, he was doing upright rows and had no idea how to do them lol he was doing a new style of cleans to rack the bar and he was failing but i couldnt laugh so i taught him all about the joys of upright rows
got my 290 last week for 7 but could get 2 more, i did it last in my exercises though so its 295 today and we will see, this is my last week of squating 2x a week until the end of dec
diet is good 230 today
