How big do you see YOUR WORLD?
Interestingly, koi, when put in a fish bowl,
will only grow up to three inches.
When this same fish is placed in a large tank,
it will grow to about nine inches long.
In a pond koi can reach lengths of eighteen inches.
Amazingly, when placed in a lake,
koi can grow to three feet long.
The metaphor is obvious.
You are limited by how you see the world

Every day that we are alive,
We should be asking ourselves whether we,
Are we giving our best to each day,
This is something we may not all see.
See each day we are given is a gift,
And to waste it would be very wrong.
But our lives are just that,
Ours to do with and hope our life's long.
But that's just it, our lives may not be long,
And come to an end before we are ready.
Don't be that person, who regrets,
Live your life full and steady.
Close your eyes and go to sleep,
Knowing you've conquer your day.
You'll life will be very successful,
And you'll be happy to look back when you're gray.

COOKIE RECIPE:
1 scoop PB Choc Swirl Protein
½ tsp xanthan gum
1 tbsp cocoa
½ tsp baking powder
2 tbsp egg white
4 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp liquid stevia
In the oven at 350 for about 8 mins

Gum, Xanthan is used by people who are allergic to gluten
to add volume and viscosity to bread and other gluten-free baked goods.
It is made from a tiny microorganism called Xanthomonas campestris
and is a natural carbohydrate.
Get it at the SuperStore! Organic aisle!
It comes in a bag and pretty much looks like baking powder (it costed me 11.99 for the bag)!!
BROWNIE RECIPE: Take cookie recipe and make it into a cake/loaf.
Then mix up protein pudding, and stuff your cake!
Or use pudding as icing!!
