No bro, it is not just the heat, i love it hot, but it is the humidity...makes it even hard to breath. And ya winter is too dam cold where i am...well it's 40 below and i don;t give a ****, got heater in my truck and i off to the rodeo...lol.

You guys are pussies, I run a landscaping business and work ALOT. A day ya dont work is a day ya dont make any loot.

YES! its ****in' hot but ya hve to climatize yourself.

1. Wear white and thin clothing

2. Drink tons of water 5-10 l/day

3. Dont use air-con it screws up your climatization progress.

This year I never use it in the car or in the house except when my gf forces me to.
Oh, I forgot, in humid weather you can use albuterol as it makes it easier to breathe.

Landscaping........ I did that for about 6 months quite a few years ago, hard work. With all that water comes alot of pissing lol, you've got to eat alot of calories in a day if you want to gain weight while working like that

I lift heavy and gain weight in the winter, cut in the summer.

Landscaping makes it easy to cut up, providing your diet is in check
