Howdy all. Learned yet another new exercise at the gym today. I have decided to call them jump-ups. What you do is find a close grip pull up bar that you can easily reach while standing on the floor. Then jump as high as you can and pull yourself the last little bit to the top. Drop back down to the floor and repeat. Apparently this works best in 6 sets of 5 reps.
Some people could really use a trainer.
