My first Canadian Nationals was an awesome experience. All the elite athletes out here are all genuine people who all have full-time careers, most with families, and still find time to compete at a National Level for the love of the sport. It was truly an eyeopener to see all the top men and women bodybuilders in Canada. Even just coming off an overall win in BC just wasn't enough to stand toe to toe with these guys. A special thank-you goes out to Loutfi Ajaoun who took the time out to chat with me and give me some helpful tips (and calm my nerves).
The next 4 pics are of the light-heavy weights. Going from left to right, i am the 3rd guy in.(I did not make the first call out) and the 4 after are of the mens overall. Congrats to all! Off season training starts in September for the 2011 Canadian Nationals in Montreal!

Well we just discovered a glitch in the software it seems. Works fine in firefox but choking in Internet Explorer. I'll upload them as new attachments to make sure everyone will see them.
