which are 1 week from today in Halifax, NS...
I fly out early wed morning....
so excited, best shape of my life,
i've done all i can do, now to just finish the race....

HAPPY CANADA DAY

You become what you think about most..
But you also attract what you think about most.

When you want to attract something into your life,
make sure your actions don’t contradict your desires..
Think about what you have asked for,
and make sure that your actions are mirroring what you expect to receive,
and that they’re not contradicting what you‘ve asked for.
Act as if you are receiving it.
Do exactly what you would do if you were receiving it today,
and take actions in your life

You are the masterpieceof your own life....
You are the Michelangelo of your own life.
The David you are sculpturing is you to reflect that powerful expectation.
Make room to receive your desires,
and as you do,
you are sending out that powerful signal of expectation.

YOU BRING ABOUT.....

When you focus on lack and scarcity
and what you don’t have,
you fuss about it with your family,
you discuss it with your friends,

then you’ll never be able to afford it,
because you begin to attract more of what you don’t have.
If you want abundance,

I got back from the East last night

too busy
and my laptop way too hard to use
anyways....

COME HOME to the HOOD (aka SURREY, BC, CANADA) with the HARDWARE....

Look at a stone cutter hammering away at his rock,

Don't blame setbacks on bad luck,.
Look for reasons why you failed.
If you blame your defeats on bad luck
then it follows that your victories are only due to good luck.
The successful person learns to take responsibility for their lives.
