A big congrats to you on your win.
Also a big congrats to all the competitors at the event. You are at the top of Canada and there is no shame in not taking 1st. The competition is fierce at that level. All of you inspire others to step on stage or improve their physiques.
A special mention to the members on CBB that competed at the event. Mark Richman, Ron Parlow, P22 (good to have followed your posts for your prep leading to the show), DK for your ever up to date log that got a huge following. Props to you guys and congrats for competing at the highest level possible in Canada.
A quick note on Santana... This guy back stage after the superheavies was done was hanging around nonchalantly... I'm like "buddy here's my pumpup bands" the procard is going to either the heavy or the superheavy... and they might be giving out two! Buddy you are gonna be an IFBB PRO!" his eyes got twice as big lol... thats how humble he is!
Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy, and I am proud to have met him and his wife.. very good peeps!
