yesterday i was waiting to pick my son up from school and there was this little old woman walked past
she was bent over almost in half from osteo i was like WOW thatz so sad
GOOD HEALTH DOES NOT COST... IT PAYS !

so they girls tell me where to go get them,
cool i say,
then from their counter to my car i'm like NAW,
cuz i thought of how many calories they'll have,
i'll eat the whole package in a matter of a few hrs
& what they'll do is put excess fat on my body,
then i'll haveta work so hard to get it off,
so i was satisfied with 3 candies instead of the package

i worked with Iris Kyle 16 wks out of Nationals 2010
but i started making payments to her Oct 2009 and she was giving me tips and some things to do thruout that yr leading up to 16 wks out
now currently working with Greg Kovacs and it'll be for 10 months till Nationals 2012 in August
