I switched to mornings a few years ago. With my job you never know what's going to happen so if it's done in the morning then it's done - no excuses :)

Looks like CBB is growing at a decent rate. 18k+ posts now.

Now that is different. I randomly check IP address' of the people browsing the boards. I've seen different one's from france, belgium, italy, poland, korea, australia etc. Today I see one from harvard.edu :) Even some harvard students are browsing canada bodybuilding. Not too shabby eh?

cuz they know who's the cream of the crop!:D

lol, i wonder why they decided to check a canadian site though. Maybe they figure it's safer than a US one???
