Low rep deads BLP?
im building on 1rm , 2 weeks , on 3 rep , 2 weeks , on 5 rep , 2 weeks
then from 1rm i do 5 set 10 rep at 50% , n increase this by 2.5 pounds a week
i hav no record worth mention since be always weak , im a work in progress
Really different from last year with those insanely high rep deads.I have no idea how your low back ever recovered.
i train hard 10 hours a week , im smash , fell older then ever lol
anyhow i keep up n havin fun , i sleep a lot wow 12-14 hours a day not rare
turning 38 th recovery not th same , i wasnt too far last national ,, oh well im no rush , i want to bang it hard at 40 ,,
, nagging inner left rotator annoying , right hamstring always struggle over 4 plates , need extensive warm up n dynamics stretching
after 13 years of training , i guess it normal , to carry weakness here n there , it part of da game ,,

As we get older our training has to change or we end up getting all kinds of inuries etc. I am 45 in two weeks and I do much more volume now then when i was younger...less weight more reps and more sets. Still heavy relatively but for sets of 8-10....no more low reps as the joints cant take it. Train smart...good idea...good luck BLP!
