So I joined Goodlife Fitness. I hope I didint make a mistake by doing this! (gulp!)
All those people working there are like vultures. When I walked thru the front doors I got mobed by all the employees trying to sell me a membership. I am currently working out at the Ymca downtown but that place is so ghetto. All these "homeboys" and bums with crappy sneakers. oops. now I am ranting. I need a gin and soda.
Some things I learned about eggs that a lot of people may not know. Almost half of the protein is in the yolk. Cholesterol from eggs will not negatively effect your cholesterol levels. Omega 3 eggs have about 0.4g of n-3 fatty acids. Eggs are also very rich in micronutrients but all the good stuff is in the yolk.
