Bad day ends up being a good day
My warm ups just felt heavier then they usually do, But i got 4 reps 200 lbs bar bell incline bench, and destroyed the 100 lb dumb bells on the flat bench with a smooth 3 reps. Pushed my dips even more today, got 10 reps @ 60 lbs, and damn did i feel spectacular after. Needing a dip belt =D its no longer a want. Got soaked on my walk home (with an umbrella)
Took these photos after the gym, i apologize for the quality, i pride myself on taking great photos but... when you have it set on a 10 second timer on a desk leaning on a pen... its hard to make the magic happen >_< Feel free to ask any questions comments, or critiques.
