so long time no posting, currently nursing a ****ed up ankle and a pulled hamstring got all the way down to 223 pds and then went off diet for the summer and now im 281pds
Thats a big gain since the summer.
probably 5:1 fat to muscle just terrible

And someone had the nerve to ask if I was finished with the rack lol I'll post periodically when my weight changes significantly

Digestive enzymes + apple cider vinegar on heavy carb days

12 or 13 weeks to make up for last summer lol.
