how do some guys you see at the gym get so big. i mean biceps so damn big. not just big bicep but jsut big. i mean workout my arms and i still dont that big. i also take protein. i work out like 3xs a wk approx for 1 hr approx and i do everything . chest, bicep , shoulders.....etc
or how do you get bigger biceps and arms. i done it all from bicep curls with the dumbell to the preacher curl.....etc
