New Product...Weider Krea-Genic Creatine

I am opening up this log to give feedback on the new creatine product from Weider....Krea-Genic.

I will begin my logging and testing on June 16th, 3 days post competition...

Included will be my starting body weight, poundages associated with my core lifts, any strength gains i see along the way, all supplements i am taking, my workout sessions and routine i utilize for these sessions...
I will be doing DC training as per my workout regiment i recvd from him..
I will keep up my log and post a couple times per week how i am feeling etc.

I am looking forward to doing this log and seeing the effects i get from this brand of creatine...I respond well to creatine and dont get many sides associated with creatine such as bloating etc..
I am awaiting arrival of my product and will let you know what i think of the presentation when i recv...

Were they able to provide you with the suppository pills you requested? But seriously, good luck in your comp, those pills should provide a nice kick in addition to the refeed after the show.

First day on krea-genic yesterday June 29/09....
I took recommended doseage of 4 caps prior to working out....I have waited 16 days post contest to be sure things stop bouncing around weight wise etc....
I have become static at around 225 right now...The ONLY supplements i am taking right now are Krea-genic creatine preworkout, and glutamine at about 15 grams post work, along with 60 grams carbs, and 60 grams of protein after working...

I took these caps and headed out to train legs...I do a heavy weight, medium volume training style right now......2 on 1 off and repeat.....trying to hit all bodyparts 2 times per week, as my CNS can handle the workload....I have great recovery typically..
About 30 minutes post ingestion of creatine, i felt a sense of urgency and a second wind if you will....I went heavier than anticipated on all lifts...
I did, deep deads, no rack crap for me, then leg curls and then a few more dumbell deads to burn....
I then did squats, and fried my quads, then did extensions, followed by a few sets of calves......about 1 hour 20 minutes non-stop training and felt i could do more...
CC trained along with me once again going into our offseason and she is following my program with me once again this year...She isnt taking the creatine journey with me yet, saying she may take some this winter if she wants an extra boost......Natural freak...lol
I look forward to seeing what transpires over the next 6 weeks, pls let me know if you would like to ask any questions or see additions made to this journal...
I plan to add an entry a couple of times per week now...

I seen the strenght of the caps,is it strong enough like a 5-10 gram serving like regular creatine.I see 3 guy's in this forum giving this stuff a shot,if you guys do good i will pick some up since i'm on my Pct and will be done in a couple more weeks with pct.

I will check ouit the strength at home tonite....I feel great today also, not to stiff, still good energy, usually a bit weak the day after legs..its very early to tell right now, i am on pct also......sigh...:)

July 4th, finished my first 6 days.....I can tell you without a doubt, i am getting great, great pumps with this stuff...It equals 3 grams of creatine per serving, and each day in all honesty it is getting better...I actually look forward to getting home and taking these pills and then heading to the gym...I have only been taking with water, and i am only taking glutamine in addition to my post work shake......which consists of 60 grams of protein, and about 45 grams-60 grams worth of carbs, 2 little servings of rice pudding cups, and maybe a banana if i trained intense enough...Thats it, other than that, i am taking in 2 shakes a day, with all whole meals, minimum 2 servings of beef, and 1 chicken dish per day, plus whatever else i need to get in my calories for the day...
I honestly love this stuff..I really wasnt sure what to expect, but i know im looking forward to the next few weeks to see what happens, and when this is done, my pct will be almost done and then the good times shall roll...I am thinking this is going to help me maintain some of my size and keep me full for the pct time.....

Im very much a layman when it comes to logs etc, if you want more technical info pls ask and i can do that also, just figured most of us like real life scenarios and communication in real life terms...
Pls ask any questions you would like to hear feedback on...
I am not an exaggerator, and say it like it is, and im saying this stuff is great at 5 days.....
more later in the week, i hope it stays positive...I will get some pics up also to see how i look 1 month post contest, and by then 2 weeks into this Krea-genic...Im amazed at the shape ive maintained.....SO FAR....
still full abs, obliques, cuts and veins everywhere...
i think im going to add a nitric oxide pill product to this next week or so as well, to see what happens.....
Ill have to look and see if weidewr has some NO2 products available, to keep it all weider...

do you notice increased thirst and a bit of dry mouth like i am experiencing?

I do have an increased thirst for sure....Not to bad of dry mouth...I wonder why??
i am like a friggin camel at the gym, drink, drink, drink....i never corelated the 2.....Now im thinking...
