Has anyone else tried or looked into using the Cube?
I started it this week and love the volume, well after the massive pump is gone, but it's a big change up for me.
I was just wondering what every one else thought??

havent tried but i need to chane things up...i will google it to get a basic outline.....ows the lifting going?!
kinda looks like conjugate method but spaced over 3 week period......you me on one lift per week and the other lifts are either dynamic or repetition and then one day a week you do a full body, higher rep workout.......
Yup! so my first week was
heavy deadlift
speed squat
rep bench
bodybuilding
not in that order but those are the lifts... week two looks like
speed deadlift
heavy bench
squat reps
bodybuilding
im gonna try it next week.....are you lifting all raw or using briefs for the heavier weights?
for the first cycle, just raw and knee sleeves... I;m not competing for a while, so give my body a chance to fix it self for a bit. In my second cycle of it I will do the more advanced one that he gave me, that i will use briefs and wraps and possibly a new bench shirt
