Dean Brandt ‎"odds Are" means there are always exceptions. training has progressed and as you may or may not know doing the standard 3 sets of 10 reps is not the proper way to train either bikini or physique.

Maria O'Hara Sharp When i saw this post it offended me as a new trainer trying to build my name...I am a figure competitor and have invested serveral years in training,educating and competing..I love the fact that we all have a passion and heart for the sport! we then transfer that to our clients and create a family feeling within our teams.Training clients first and formost should be for one reason..to see them achieve not for your business to get more exposure by slandering others..I look up to all the BC trainers as mentors and each one of us have different styles and techniques,that is what makes each us unique! It really is too bad that this has to be said on Facebook..thank you Dawn for standing up and not backing down..I value you!!Hugs

Dawn Alison exactly Maria... to me it's great to see so many great trainers here in BC we have turned out so many athletes from all areas for this VAST HUGE PROVINCE i have the utmost respect for so many of them... training people is my passion it's who i am, i'm a teacher, coach, trainer, a friend, i change lives for the better, i work at my craft 7 days a wk 24 hrs a day ask any one who's trained with me, i'm also the VICE PRESIDENT OF THE BCABBA the provinces BODYBUILDING ASSOC and without all these great trainers doin what they do, we don't have a sport, and association.... and we have some of the biggest best shows in the country KUDOS to all those trainers for passing on their knowledge and passion

he used to own a REFLEX store here in BC
now he turned it into a KORE FIT LIVING STORE
his wife is IFBB Pro Leigh Brandt
she won the very 1st IFBB Pro card that was awarded in Canada
of course there were only like 7 chicks from the whole country in the class that was at the Nationals which were here in Vancouver, BC that yr

ok then so he owned a store and she accomplished something in the sport?

Just googled Dean Brandt weird he would post the stuff listed above. The shape he is in he obviously subscribed to the old training regime at one time.
