Hello ladies,
i'm going to be forcing my mother to the gym this month..shes getting older and shes always complaining about how her joints hurt and stuff shes 44 now. im going to try and coach her and make sure she does things correctly. she would like to lose weight but does not want to gain a whole lot of muscle... aside from cardio, what would you ladies recommend for a routine? mabye 3-4 days a week...also keep in mind she is a beginner. and if you want mabye throw in some good things for her to eat.
