6 oz cooked chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
1 cup broccoli
throw all ingredients in microwave... cook, enjoy!:yeah
As soon as you purchase your chicken, combine in a ziplock bag chicken and enough Farmboy lemon & Garlic dressing to cover, then throw in freezer for future use.
When you're ready to cook, defrost an cook. That Farmboy dressing is the bomb. It'll marinate while defrosting. Very basic ingredients like lemon, garlic pepper etc.
Nice and easy bro.
I usually like to cook it on the BBQ. Always on the bun warmer 2nd tier so it doesn't burn.
Ok seriously.. just made a salad...
aproz 1 chicken breast (cooked cut up into bite size pieces)
2 cup BROCCOLISLAW (its broccoli stems shredded like cabbage)
small orange
aprox 1 cup chopped lettuce
sesame seeds (sprinkle.. maybe 1/4 tsp)
1/4 cup vector cereal
1 tblst low fat mandarin sesame dressing from safeway it's KRAFT, 30 cal per tablespoon
cut it all up, chuck in bowl mix, sprinkle with sesame seeds and the vector cereal VOILA!
(i didnt have rice made and had to get creative! usually i just eat the same thing every single day.. but this was good... Id do it again, maybe for a cheat... the vector was kinda an impulse thing... I didnt have any nuts or crunchy things.. and I like some crunch in a salas.. it kinda brought a bit of sweetness without throwing dried bread and empty calories on there, or the fat of almonds... soo.. yeah)
