alrighty then... almost 8 weeks into my insane growing diet and I am a little insecure about the results. I KNOW I can cut for my show. I KNOW I am getting stronger (lifting heavier)... and I KNOW it's all about one day and I will look my best on that day.
I have been eating between 3600 and 4800 calories a day, hardly any cardio (except gymnastics and minimal warm ups on the bike) and am holding at about 125 pounds pretty steady!
my pants feel tight in the thigh but not the waist, my shirts are tight through the back and not in the belly and I tried on a designer Betsey Johnson dress and I couldn't move my arms because my biceps wanted to bust out of the short sleeved cuffs! (all good things except for the dress... because it was on SALE!! damnit!)
anyway, I have like 12 more weeks of "massing" bulking, growing... whatever... and I have been feeling REALLY huge... and it seems nobody else can see any difference yet! :S
sooo (please be nice it's off season)... critique me!

Looking good... you are eating as much, if not more than me and I am almost 2 X your body weight!

noticed weight gain in the thighs and sides of lower back, but u are eating more calories than i eat and im a 250 6'2 guy so im surprised u dont look fatter, u must have a crazy metabolism, dont worry about ur weight gain, ur payoff is in your weekly strength gains, remember muscle is hard to put on, fat is relatively easy to lose

and yeah... a Tan would help! HAHA
It gets frustrating when you can FEEL the muscles under there... but can't see them popping!

how can someone you're size even eat 4000 calories per day for more than a week straight without vomiting a few times (or putting on 5 pound per week). curious about what you are eating in a day.

(in no particular order)
yogurt, peanutbutter,cream of wheat, 7 scoops of protein, 4 cups rice, 10 oz beef, 8 oz chicken, chick peas,corn, spinach, a couple bananas, cheese, potatoes, a couple whole eggs, a whackload of nuts (some days a cup, usually half a cup) dextrose pre workout and I am taking glutamine 3X a day... and yes..I am full ALL the time! I start work at 5 am and start eating at 5am and usually finish my meals at 9pm.
but for real... do I look any BIGGER? (not fatter... just like BIGGER)
