Have to agree with those that think Womens HW and Overall winner Lisa Gisbrecht was looking great and deserved to win. She should be solid contender at Nationals considering the judges seem to be moving to the more feminine BB physique. The GM winner Nancy Kelford gave her a good run in the open heavies and surprised many seated in my area considering she is pretty new on the scene ...my research shows that this is only her second show after qualifying last fall at SWFC...does anybody know for sure.

This was Nancy's third show...Empire Classic Apr 09, SWFC Nov 09 and 2010 Provincials. She is going to sit tight until 2011 and then return to Provincials to re-qualify as HW and then hit Nationals ...she and I (spouse/coach) considered Nationals this year but she was so focused on Provincials that she was exhausted by show time so we'll shut her down for a bit and ramp her up again to come back bigger and better next year... we'll take critiques from anyone that saw show or footage...we just wanna get better!!

Also Nancy is a grand masters competitor, a very cool lady we had her and her hubby over Sunday for a bbq. The woman deadlifts 3 plates a side for reps!!!
