I can only imagine! Reps literally make me wanna puke. About a year back I was training with a good buddy of mine running a high rep program just for a change .. it went warm up, then 1x25, 1x20, 1x15, 1x10 and finished off with 225 until your legs gave out. I could barely shit, get outta bed or even walk for about 4 days. But anyhow.. good job on the weight loss, keep it up!

well everything's been going as planned y'all....stayed at one pill a day until the 21st instead on last Monday. Weight is down to 226.5lbs, diet is holding strong as one can tell by my weight loss ....abs are coming in nicely and it's all tying together rather well.

Been doing an hr of Cardio every other day, as of Mon I'll be bumping it to 1hr ed, just to get that extra bf off

Workouts are going very well, energy is sky high, strength is good, all is well!!

well its been a wk so I'll update.

nothing has really changed other than I'm at 230lbs and staying there even with the added cardio, I'm def losing fat and holding on to my muscle quite well so I'm ok with that

Energy is still up after the 15 min mark of dropping a Ripped Freak and staying there for my entire workout and cardio session....so yeah its all going well still

down to 223lbs this mornin (naked) and now that I'm not soo busy I'm going to take two caps now finally for the last few that I have left, one in the am, the other around 2ish.
