this is my story on changing my life

  1. My New Goal

    So I was sitting here watching the biggest loser with my mom and a thought. I am going to lose 25lbs by the middle of June. Hoping by June 12, no reale dat reason for the date other then I want to lose it before I go under the knife. I am going to start my diet after April 16, as this is when I have money to buy the right stuff for it.

    I want to be able to look at people and say "yes I lost 100lbs on my own". So this is my new goal and the date I will do it by. Wish me luck! ...

  2. Trip Home

    So I am home for a week, first time in about a year. Not sure how trying to diet is going to work out well I am here but going to try. Will jump back on the train when I get home. Going to try my hardest well I am home, but my family isnt really the smallest or best eatting one out there.

    Made my day when I walked in off the bus and one of the ladys that I grew up with said "you have lost half of you". I have heard that a couple times today, makes a person feel good. ...

  3. well on my way

    So I have changed up my diet a bit, cut out more carbs and added more veggies. I also have started taking CLA twice a day and have dropped 6-7lbs in the last week and a half. Thats great because I have now reached one of my main goals and that was to get under 200lbs. PLus my stress level has gone down by 90% so that helps as well.

    But now that I have lost a total of about 80lbs, man I need to learn "body language" hehehe. Went out last night and was getting looks all around ...

  4. New year, New Me

    So I thought that if I was to write it down it would mean more. So I have started again at the gym after a couple of months off. So far its going great and I love my new gym. I am going to keep a blog instead of a Log as I think I would write more things in here then there.

    I am going to the gym everyday or so. I will try and take one or two days rest here and there, so I dont over train and over do it. So far my workouts are right on track and I have added a lot more weight this ...
