Hoping by June 12, no reale dat reason for the date other then I want to lose it before I go under the knife. I am going to start my diet after April 16, as this is when I have money to buy the right stuff for it. I want to be able to look at people and say "yes I lost 100lbs on my own". I will try and take one or two days rest here and there, so I dont over train and over do it. So far my workouts are right on track and I have added a lot more weight this ...
