Just one of those weeks where I feel I can't seem to get the colories in me and my workouts make me feel like I want to puke. (not the good kind of puke either, like after some super heavy sets)
Anybody else get weeks like this. What do you do during times like this.
Feels the same as when you are getting over the flu.
Seriously bringing me down.

take a break, dont go to failure for a week or so.....That is if you have been going balls to the wall for a long time straight...If not, welcome to flu ville...it will pass, just pop the vitamin cs, like they are going out of style..

X10 I just came off a week rest mid cycle

Hours at work crazy diet sucked so I burnt I feel great back at it tomorow

I am going through the same shit right now, yuck, to much hot sun and swimming, ****it im taking a break for a couple weeks, I am going to get a slushy from 7-11, lol

Chances are if you`ve been training for 12 weeks straight, you`re due for a break. I just took finished my first week after a week off and was really tired and sore because of the first week back in the gym. Was tired before that because I was feeling overtrained... It`s always a fine line we walk on.
